    Sales Executive (IT Solutions)

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by selling our IT products and services.
    • The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, engage clients, and deliver tailored technology solutions that meet customer needs.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities across SMEs, corporates, and government organizations
    • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels
    • Understand client business needs and recommend suitable IT solutions
    • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical presentations
    • Work with presales/technical teams to design customized solutions
    • Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals
    • Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
    • Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion
    • Keep accurate records of sales activities and pipeline
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

    Performance Metrics (KPIs)

    • Monthly/quarterly sales revenue
    • Number of new clients acquired
    • Lead conversion rate
    • Sales pipeline growth
    • Customer retention and repeat business.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related fields
    • 2–4 years of experience in IT sales or technology-related sales
    • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and cybersecurity
    • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
    • Ability to understand technical solutions and explain them in simple terms
    • Self-motivated and target-driven.
