    Sales Executive

    Job Description

    • Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategic business development and sales plans. Work with the team to research the market for identifying new business opportunities and making sales pitches.

    Duties
    Duties of the role:

    • Work with the team lead to develop marketing strategies for the company in line with company objectives
    • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends.
    • Identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements, defining target market, competitors’ share, strengths and weaknesses.

    Job Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
    • 2 - 5 years work experience.
    • Proven experience is Real Estate Industry is a must
    • Good knowledge of Analytics
    • Good use of Power Point and Excel
    • Retail marketing & Market Penetration Knowledge Retail marketing & Market Penetration Knowledge
    • Banking/ Mortgage Institution/ Real Estate Experience
    • Business Development and Marketing Skills
    • Credit Administration/ Analysis Knowledge
    • Good Interpersonal Skills
    • Good Presentation Skills
    • Research driven.
    • Professional / Executive Presence

    Benefits

    • Salary: 200,000 - N300,000 monthly.
