    Sales Executive

    Job Summary:

    • We are looking for a Sales Executive who will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving product sales across the Southwestern part of Nigeria. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in FMCG, or food manufacturing, with a strong understanding of the local market dynamics, distributor networks, and retail landscape.

    Key Responsibilities:

    •  Actively seek new sales opportunities across wholesale, retail, and distributor channels in assigned Southwestern states.
    •  Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners.
    •  Promote and sell Homiespec range of dairy and ice cream products to increase market share and customer base.
    •  Achieve assigned sales targets and drive revenue growth across the territory.
    •  Conduct regular market visits to monitor customer activity, competition, pricing, and merchandising trends.
    •  Provide timely and accurate sales reports, customer feedback, and market intelligence to management.
    •  Collaborate with the marketing and logistic team to support promotional effort and ensure timely product delivery.

    Requirements & Qualifications:

    • HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG, food production, or dairy industry.
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • Familiarity with retail and distribution networks across Southwestern Nigeria.
    • Ability to work independently, travel frequently, and manage a sales territory effectively.
