    Sales Executive

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
    • The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to develop effective sales strategies.

    Key Responsibilities
    Business Development & Lead Generation:

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and market research.
    • Generate qualified leads through calls, emails, meetings, and site visits.
    • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

    Sales Execution & Target Achievement;

    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
    • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients.
    • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure profitable deals.
    • Close sales and ensure timely order processing.

    Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
    • Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to client inquiries.
    • Understand client needs and recommend suitable products/services.

    Market Intelligence & Strategy:

    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
    • Provide feedback to management on market conditions and customer requirements.
    • Participate in sales planning and strategy development.

    Coordination & Reporting:

    • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, operations, procurement, finance) to ensure smooth project execution.
    • Prepare regular sales reports and update CRM systems with accurate customer information.
    • Attend sales meetings and training sessions.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
    • 2–4 years of experience in sales (industrial, B2B, construction, MEP, or technical sales preferred).
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
