What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with pet parents and partners
• Drive sales of grooming services, veterinary care, boarding, and pet supplies
• Create and execute strategies to expand our customer base
• Represent Exotic Pet Café as a trusted voice in Nigeria’s pet-care industry

• Passion for sales and customer engagement
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Goal-driven, proactive, and self-motivated
• Previous sales or customer service experience (pet industry experience is a plus!)
