    Sales Executive

    Role Overview

    The Sales Executive will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals. This role requires someone who is persuasive, result-oriented, and skilled in understanding customer needs. The Sales Executive will act as a frontline ambassador of Crescita Solutions, converting prospects into long-term partners while meeting and exceeding sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prospect and identify potential clients across local and international markets.
    • Develop tailored pitches and presentations that align with client pain points.
    • Maintain a strong sales pipeline through CRM systems.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company goals.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead generation efforts.
    • Build strong post-sale relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
    • Track sales KPIs and provide weekly reporting to management.

    Requirements

    • Proven sales experience in B2B or B2C environments.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Knowledge of CRM software and digital sales tools.
    • Target-driven with a strong business mindset.
    • Bonus: Experience in tech, SaaS, or marketing services.
