    Sales Executive

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and achieving revenue targets.
    • This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities
    Sales and Business Development

    • Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies.
    • Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
    • Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve revenue targets.

    Client Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
    • Gather client feedback to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

    Market Research and Strategy

    • Conduct market analysis to identify new trends, opportunities, and competitors.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales campaigns and strategies.

    Reporting and Performance Tracking

    • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies to meet targets.

    Team Collaboration

    • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure client needs are met.
    • Share market insights and feedback to help improve product offerings and sales approaches.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Proven track record in sales, with 1year of experience in a similar role.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • High level of motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
