    Sales Executive

    Job Summary

    • Come join Arnergy’s Sales team to drive corporate sales targets and ensure the goals and objectives of the sales team are accomplished within the stipulated time frame.
    • As a key member of the Sales team, you will work with the Regional Distribution Sales Manager and contribute to delivering the targets for Arnergy across various verticals (Residential, Healthcare, Hospitality, Agriculture, SMEs, Education, Financial Institution).
    • This role combines hands-on selling, team supervision, and performance management, with the goal of driving revenue, educating customers on solar solutions, and promoting sustainable energy adoption.

    You’ll focus on

    • Day-to-day sales operations of Arnergy Sales Outlet.
    • Ensure exceptional customer journey from inquiry to purchase.
    • Ensure outlet is visually appealing, stocked with demo/real units, and aligned with brand guidelines.
    • Acquire customers to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
    • Work with field sales team (including door-to-door outreaches) to drive targets and capture feedback.
    • Coordinate with inventory/operations teams for adequate stock levels.
    • Deliver daily, weekly, monthly sales pipeline, bookings, revenue, and KPIs.
    • Identify new markets and business opportunities.
    • Manage sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on leads and walk-ins.
    • Provide high-quality customer service.
    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

    Requirements
    You’ll be a good fit for this role if you have the experience below:

    • Industry/role specific: Excellent understanding of the utility industry and a strong consumer-oriented understanding of the renewable energy marketplace.
    • Strong knowledge of market dynamics, as well as the legal and regulatory landscape.
    • Functional specific: Broad understanding of sales operations, experience closing sales with HNIs or specific target markets, and ability to consistently meet sales targets.
    • Education and experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum of two (2) years of work experience in a sales environment, preferably in solar/renewable energy, consumer electronics, or retail environments.

    • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Target-driven individual who thrives in a high-energy retail environment.
    • Ability to handle presentations and facilitate sales and direct marketing training.
    • Strong orientation toward profitability.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of market and competition.
    • Ability to make timely and effective decisions.
