Sales Development Representation at SecondSTAX

About the Sales Development Representative role:

We are looking for a highly motivated graduate eager to kickstart their career in Fintech across Sales and Business Development. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for identifying, researching, and originating new local revenue opportunities.

The role will have responsibility for, but not limited to the following:

• Conducting market research to identify new leads and prospects.
• Mapping prospect organizations and contact key stakeholders.
• Evaluating prospect requirements of clients and determining qualified leads through efficient networking and cold calling.
• Reporting on progress to the wider team
• Responding, engaging, and qualifying inbound leads and inquiries.
• Booking meetings for the manager when a lead reaches a qualified stage.
• Attending networking opportunities including conferences and industry events.

• Great attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
• Strong communications skills, including written, verbal, and presentation.
• Exceptional problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills
• Ability to take initiative and take full ownership of consulting with client.
• Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with senior financial executives.
• Excellent technical skills or ability to quickly learn and communicate technical concepts.

Experience and Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in business, finance, or related field
• Batch A 2023/2024 NYSC Corp Member.are welcome to apply 
• Interest/ Experience as a sales representative or similar role
• Proficiency with Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
