Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Luxury Sales Associate to join their team, specializing in High Premium luxury retail brands.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in luxury sales, exceptional customer service skills, and a passion for high-end fashion and lifestyle products.
This role involves assisting customers, maintaining store standards, and driving sales to meet targets.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and anticipating customer needs, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring a luxurious shopping experience.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement with customers, effective use of sales techniques, and in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.
Maintain an extensive knowledge of the brand’s product offerings, including new arrivals, promotions, and seasonal collections. Educate customers on product features, benefits, and care instructions.
Assist in maintaining the store's visual appearance, including displays, signage, and overall cleanliness, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
Support inventory management processes, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and loss prevention strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective clienteling strategies, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals, participate in team meetings, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Keep accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions, providing insights and feedback to management on sales trends and opportunities.
Key Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within high-end or luxury retail environments.
Bachelor's degree/ diploma or equivalent required; higher education or relevant certifications in sales or retail management is a plus.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with a diverse customer base.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Passion for luxury brands and a keen interest in fashion and lifestyle products.
Professional appearance and demeanor, in line with the brand’s image and standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Proficiency in using retail POS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and peak sales periods.
