    Sales Associate

    Role Purpose

    • Reporting to the Store Sales Manager, the Sales Associate delivers an outstanding in-store customer experience and drives top-line growth for the Lekki boutique.
    • The role combines styling expertise, proactive client development and operational discipline to achieve individual and store KPIs while upholding the company’s premium brand standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly and monthly personal sales, conversion and Average Transaction Value (ATV) targets.
    • Provide exceptional styling advice and product knowledge to every customer, ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience.
    • Build and maintain a personal client book; execute follow-ups, appointment setting and outreach to drive repeat purchases.
    • Ensure shop-floor standards are immaculate, replenishing stock and executing visual merchandising (VM) directives in line with brand guidelines.
    • Process transactions accurately using the POS system, handle cash and card payments and complete end-of-day reconciliation.
    • Actively participate in in-store events, new collection launches and marketing activations.
    • Identify customer feedback trends and communicate insights to the Sales Manager for continuous improvement.
    • Comply with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) relating to health & safety, security and loss prevention.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Minimum OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business, Marketing or Fashion-related field preferred).
    • 2+ years’ experience in fashion retail or luxury customer-facing roles with a proven record of meeting sales targets.
    • Strong sense of style and ability to translate trends into personalised wardrobe solutions for clients.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and active-listening skills.
    • Working knowledge of POS systems and basic MS Office/Excel skills.
    • Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, weekends and public holidays.
    • Passionate, self-motivated and collaborative team player with a high level of integrity.
