Sales Associate at Lifestores Pharmacy

About the job

• We are looking for a sales associate who is analytical, data-driven, collaborative, friendly, well-organized, and self-motivated.
• The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Handling proper daily sales reconciliation of all cash, POS and transfer collections with inventory deductions.
• Processing customer returns, delivering excellent customer service above and beyond customer expectations
• Achieving the stores sales goals (monthly, quarterly, annually)
• Working with customers to understand their needs and then recommend the right product to solve the customer’s problem
• Being responsible for tracking stock levels and expiration dates for items in store
• Keep store organized and ensures that non-inventory supplies are well managed
• Keeping on top of product information and training
• Ability to use barcode machines for stock management.
• Ability to handle stock transfers and receipts from the warehouse.

Qualifications

• BSc Pharmacology or any related field
• 1-3 years of Pharma sales Industry experience
• Proficient in the use of MS Excel, Google Sheets and PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
