Identify, prospect, and convert leads to drive monthly revenue targets.
Leverage a well-established network of HNIs and collectors to build clientele for high-end products including vintage beverages, digital subservices, local souvenirs, and curated cultural items.
Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service, maintaining the exclusivity and high-touch standard expected from the brand.
Understand and communicate product features, stories, and cultural relevance effectively to clients.
Collaborate closely with the client experience & In-store person on inventory updates, marketing campaigns, and customer relationship management.
Contribute to brand representation at exhibitions, pop-up events, and private showings when required.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, preferences, and sales history to personalize future engagement.
Upsell and cross-sell complementary products through expert recommendation and storytelling.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum of B.sc/HND or equivalent
Good interpersonal and relationship management
Proven experience in luxury curated retail sales, high-value client relationship management, or a related field (mid–senior level).
Added experience in relationship management in an financial sector
Possess the requisite strategy and capality to meet a target of 20 million
A strong, active portfolio of HNIs, collectors, and cultural enthusiasts.
Demonstrated interest in or experience with art, design, and cultural aesthetics (non-negotiable).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a natural flair for persuasion and storytelling.
High emotional and cultural intelligence.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting platforms.
