Job Description/Responsibilities

We’re looking for an experienced Sales associate to build, optimize and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects (SME Employers & lenders), with the sole objective of converting prospects to paying customers.

Are you a self-starter with great interpersonal skills, and passionate about employing creative tactics to drive business results? 

Are you adept at managing sales processes from start to finish?

Job Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience minimum in B2B insurance sales (banks or employers).
• Solid networking skills.
• Experience using Hubspot for sales management.
• Experience with managing sales funnels and customer success.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline.
• Effective communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Creative capacity to develop and lead initiatives to improve sales processes. 
• Effective capacity to work and collaborate with cross functional teams.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple sales communications simultaneously.
