Job Summary

• A luxury multibrand boutique, is seeking a polished and customer-focused Sales Associate with experience in luxury or niche fragrance sales.
• The ideal candidate will deliver personalized shopping experiences, provide expert fragrance recommendations, build lasting client relationships, and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized fragrance consultations and product recommendations.
• Communicate the stories, ingredients, notes, and heritage behind fragrance brands.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups and personalized service.
• Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of fragrance brands, new launches, and industry trends.
• Ensure the fragrance display and testers are presented to luxury retail standards.
• Support product launches, promotional events, and brand activations.
• Collaborate with the styling team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience in luxury retail or niche fragrance.
• Good understanding of fragrance notes, olfactory families, and fragrance composition.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to build and retain high-value clients.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in using WhatsApp and social media for client engagement.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Professional appearance, attention to detail, and a passion for luxury products.
