Responsibilities

• Greeting customers, answering questions, and providing advice about products in a professional and timel manner..
• Manage walk-in customers and take phone orders.
• Work closely with the sales team.
• Provide feedback to the sales teams on customer preferences and market demands
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer feedback forcontinuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Degree in a related field.
• At least 1 year experience.

• Preferable between 20- 40 years of age.
