    Sales Assistant

    Location: Lekki, Lagos

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a Sales Assistant to interface with customers online and offline, on a day to day basis, providing relevant product information, style guides and closing sales
    • Our ideal candidate is someone who is neat, of cheerful spirit, pro-active team player, welcoming of modern digital tools and willing to learn and grow their career
    • Their duties will include selling, restocking and merchandising
    • We need someone who will align with our goal of providing high class customer service to an international African audience and to increase company’s growth and revenue through customer engagement and sales maximization.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Attend fully to customers In-store in respectful, friendly and welcoming manner
    • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
    • Ensure sales targets are met and keep proper records of sales activities.
    • Ascertain and keep records of customer’s needs, wants and behaviors during engagements and give feedback to management.
    • Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
    • Assist in stock keeping and stock management of all products with the team
    • Recommend and display items that match customer needs.
    • Keep up to date knowledge on product offerings, features and benefits
    • Assist with procuring office supplies and promotional items.
    • Follow all company’s policies and procedures.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Bachelor's Degree holder (preferably NYSC Corper)
    • Proven sales and customer service experience is helpful in order to understand how to appeal to different audiences.
    • Organizational skills to help keep track of our company’s goods and promotional items.
    • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
    • Proficiency in English.
    • Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality.
    • Basic administration and computer skills.

    Salary
    N60,000 - N70,000 monthly salary (plus commission on sales).
