    Sales And Marketing Specialist

    Position Overview:

    • As a Sales & Marketing Specialist in a tech company, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and promoting the company's products or services through effective sales and marketing strategies.
    • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate leads, develop sales pipelines, nurture customer relationships, and execute marketing initiatives.
    • Your role will involve a combination of sales activities, marketing support, and customer engagement to achieve business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Sales Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Identify target markets, customer segments, and key accounts for focused sales efforts.
    • Engage with potential customers through presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close sales.

    Marketing Support

    • Provide market intelligence and customer insights to inform marketing campaigns and messaging.
    • Participate in the development of sales collateral, presentations, and other marketing materials.
    • Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns to generate leads and support sales efforts.

    Customer Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
    • Understand customer needs, pain points, and challenges to effectively position the company's products or services.
    • Provide personalized sales support and guidance throughout the customer journey.
    • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
    • Sales Performance Analysis and Reporting.
    • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including revenue, conversion rates, and sales cycle length.
    • Generate reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
    • Identify trends, challenges, and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations to optimize sales performance.

    Market and Competitive Analysis

    • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape.
    • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and value propositions.
    • Identify market gaps and potential areas for differentiation or expansion.

    Sales and Product Training

    • Stay knowledgeable about the company's products or services, features, and benefits.
    • Provide sales training and support to internal teams, distributors, or channel partners.
    • Collaborate with product management to gather customer feedback and insights for product improvement or development.

    Relationship Management with Partners

    • Build and manage relationships with strategic partners, resellers, or channel partners.
    • Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing and sales initiatives.
    • Provide necessary support and enablement to partners to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 7 years of experience in sales and/or marketing roles, preferably in the technology industry.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
    • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • The customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand customer needs and build lasting relationships.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and generate actionable insights.
