About the Role

• We are seeking to employ a driven and result-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team.
• We’re hoping to find someone who genuinely understands the Abuja property market, someone who knows how to build trust with clients, close deals and keep the brand visible. If you enjoy the thrill of real estate sales and can deliver measurable results, this role might suit you perfectly.

Responsibilities

• Market and sell company properties to prospective clients
• Source new leads and convert them to active buyers
• Handle client inquiries, inspections and follow-ups
• Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects and closed deals
• Prepare sales reports and contribute to marketing strategies
• Represent the company at exhibitions, inspections and promotional events
• Build long-term relationships with clients and partners
• Support brand visibility across digital and offline platforms

Key Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND/HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Admin or related fields
• Proven and trackable real estate marketing/sales experience
• Strong understanding of Abuja real estate trends and client needs
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Strong online and offline marketing ability
• Good client relationship management skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital marketing tools is an advantage
• Must be professional, confident and well-organized
