Sales and Marketing Executive at Afconrecruit Limited

What You'll Do:

• Generate and qualify new leads through outbound outreach, manage the sales pipeline using CRM, and close deals to hit monthly revenue targets.
• Develop, write, and execute segmented email campaigns to nurture prospects and drive high conversion rates.
• Plan and create engaging organic content (text, graphics, video) across key social platforms to build brand awareness and community.
• Monitor all performance KPIs (CTR, engagement, conversion rates) and adjust strategies for continuous optimization.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a Sales, Marketing, or Business Development role.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a performance-driven environment.
