    Sales Account Manager

    Key Deliverables and Weighting:

    • Qualify and develop a high volume of leads & opportunities across your business line through strong communication and discovery conversations with potential clients.
    • Achieve and exceed weekly KPI’s linked to Calls, Meetings scheduled, Proposals submitted, opportunities created, deals won, and a surplus delivery on Pipeline Value / Volume.
    • Develop strong product knowledge- to ensure you can assist prospects with online demonstration when required.
    • Complete accurate tracking of all communication with current and potential customers in SOLID (CRM tool).
    • Assist clients in their communication with Support by either connecting them telephonically or via email.
    • Identify additional Revenue Generating opportunities in the existing client base.
    • Prepare the quotes and proposal documents for the client.
    • Identify and actively address inefficiencies in your assigned portfolio: we need to leverage our tools for prospecting at speed, innovation is key.
    • Meet your monthly Sales Quota in a high-performance environment and maximize your impact through focusing on your core role.
    • Travel into the regions might occur occasionally to support events hosted, training sessions scheduled and/or Large-Scale New Business Events.

    Required Skills

    • Experience in technology sales, including success in achieving progressively higher quota and other sales goalsPreferably experience in connectivity, cloud and datacenter sales with an attractive network to sell into the respective territory.
    • Experience in customer retention and revenue growth in existing accounts.
    • Strong customer relationship management
    • Ability to develop compelling Sales Initiatives that deliver results with a strong attention to detail
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressured and collaborative environment
    • Excellent e-mail communication, interpersonal, organizational and telephone skills
    • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technology sales
    • Experience in connectivity, cloud and data center sales is a must
    • Advanced ability in use of CRM tools and computer knowledge
    • Fluency in English in writing & Speech
