    Sales Account Executive (Nigeria Based)

    Description

    • We are looking for a Sales Account Executive to join our team, somebody with a knack for people, ideas and sales.
    • A person who loves a challenge and doesn’t take no for an answer. The ideal candidate is one who is eager to learn, to contribute to the team and to share ideas.
    • The position requires daily communication (in-person and video calls) and service of our agencies and brands. You will be comprehensively trained on the product set that you would sell.

    Responsibilities
    This role comprises the following responsibilities:

    • Represent a global platform at the same standard that they do in markets such as the UK or US
    • Drive new and grow existing account revenues
    • Achieve quarterly sales targets
    • Provide day-to-day support to allocated customers
    • Manage brand direct and agency relationships
    • Reporting on campaign performance
    • Activate new customers through strategic selling
    • Ensure customers are educated and informed of all new product offerings
    • Fulfil all role functionalities associated with operations and sales

    A typical day consists of:

    • Educating brands & agencies on our platforms offering
    • Preparing and presenting proposals (ad sales)
    • Managing communications with agency & brand & ensuring ad performance is optimal
    • Liaising with our Account Management and Brand Strategy teams for day-to-day support

    Requirements
    Required skills:

    • Sales experience (minimum 5 years)
    • Digital marketing experience
    • Knowledge of digital advertising products an advantage
    • Knowledge of programmatic advertising an advantage
    • Knowledge of Nigerian agency landscape would be an advantage
    • Excellent presentation skills - spoken and written
    • Good numerical skills - create Keynote proposals and insertion orders independently
    • Ambitious, tenacious and positive can-do attitude
    • Attention to detail.
