The ideal candidate will be an experienced sales person who is comfortable generating sales lead with new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones. This candidate will be able to understand a prospective client's needs and offer an ideal solution.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and have a positive track record of exceeding outlined goals.
Responsibilities
Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.
New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.
Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
Qualifications
A recent First class or Second class upper graduate with a degree in Marketing, Business,
Communication, or a related field (if applicable)Credit Minimum)
You have at least 2 years experience within a Business Development / Account Manager
(B2B) role, ideally within the Commercial Real Estate Industry.
You have prior experience in dealing with Key Accounts.
You possess solid expertise in Enterprise Sales.
Experience within Area Sales, and National Sales would be a strong advantage.
Experience covering Facility management, Commercial and Non-commercial real estate is strong plus.
You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
You are a strong networker & relationship builder
