Job Summary

• As a Sales Promoter, you will be responsible for actively engaging with customers in open market settings to promote and sell our products.
• Your role will involve creating a positive brand experience, identifying customer needs, and driving sales through effective promotions and product demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential customers
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance customer satisfaction
• Collect and report feedback from customers to assist in improving product offerings and marketing strategies
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and local regulations
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and industry trends​

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales or promotional roles is preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet targets in a dynamic environment
• Minimum of OND in a related field​
