    Route to Consumer and Activation Manager

    • We are hiring a Route to Consumer and Activation Manager to help drive William Grant & Sons’ next phase of growth in this dynamic, fast-growing region for premium and luxury spirits. Based in Benin, the role will manage our relationships and performance with our long-established distributor partner and customers in the South East which includes, Benin, Asaba, Warri, Sapele, Onitsha, Enugu, Ebonyi.

    Main Responsibilities

    • The successful individual will be responsible for a defined channel customer base and outlet universe in a specific priority region. The RTC & Activation Manager will drive and identify opportunities and develop RTC execution plans for the region to be delivered in partnership with the Distributor within the assigned region.
    • The individual will ensure that Distribution partners effectively execute our aligned marketing activities and that Activation standards are delivered in line with global guidelines and executed in the right channel types and with the right customers.
    • The RTC & Activation Manager will hold the Distribution partners to account for both the development and execution of channel plan (s) based on the route to consumer programme to drive optimal Distribution, MES and Activation.
    • Analyse available data (depletions, optimal stock levels, distribution, MES, activations and market shares) and leverage insights to stay informed of trends, identify gaps, recommend solutions and follow through with the executions.
    • Part of the responsibilities is to build strong, mutually beneficial relationships with distribution partners and key trade outlets and also leverage internal cross functional team to agree tailored plans for the region that will unlock potentials to grow the wider portfolio.
