Risk / Credit Officer at Hillpost Microfinance Bank

Responsibilities

• Support business in developing appropriate risk management strategies or tools and disseminating proper risk management practices in line with developments in the market/industry, laws, regulations, etc.
• Oversee all credit analysis and approval processes and procedure, monitor risks through relevant Key Risk Indicators (KRI) to ensure the business functions satisfactorily within established risk appetites.
• Timely investigation, analysis, and reporting of compliance issues and fraud instances.
• Training and development of risk management personnel.

Requirements

• Master Degree or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 3-5 years of work experience in a Microfinance Bank.
• Experience working in leadership positions, overseeing a team and reporting to top level management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidential information and work in a team.
