• At Strivo Labs, we are building digital products that transform financial services and e-commerce.
• To maintain trust, security, and regulatory excellence, we are hiring a Risk & Compliance Officer who will safeguard our operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and proactively manage risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement risk management and compliance frameworks tailored to financial services and e-commerce operations.
• Identify, assess, and monitor business, financial, operational, and regulatory risks.
• Ensure compliance with NDPR, GDPR, CBN regulations, PCI-DSS, AML/CFT laws, and other relevant standards.
• Conduct regular audits and compliance reviews across departments.
• Liaise with regulators, auditors, and legal teams on compliance matters.
• Investigate compliance breaches, design corrective actions, and enforce accountability.
• Provide staff training and awareness programs on compliance and risk management.
• Prepare regular risk and compliance reports for management and the board.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Risk Management, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as CRISC, CAMS, ISO 31000, CISA, or Compliance certifications are an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in risk & compliance within financial services and/or e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in Nigeria and international standards
• Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
