    Revenue Operations Specialist

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven Revenue Operations Specialist to drive revenue growth through opportunity conversion, client engagement, and deal execution. This role is responsible for managing qualified leads from marketing and sales operations, engaging prospects, understanding business needs, negotiating solutions, and closing deals that contribute directly to company revenue.
    • The ideal candidate understands how to move prospects through the sales pipeline, build strong business relationships, and convert opportunities into paying clients. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and commercial thinking

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in B2B sales, revenue operations, account management, solution sales, or business development.
    • Proven experience managing and closing business deals successfully.
    • Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to communicate business value clearly and confidently to decision-makers.
    • Experience working with sales pipelines, CRM systems, and revenue tracking processes.
    • Commercially minded with strong problem-solving and relationship management abilities.
    • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
    • Experience within ERP, SaaS, technology, consulting, or digital transformation industries is a strong advantage.
    • Strong understanding of customer acquisition and revenue generation strategies.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and convert qualified leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, partnerships, and sales operations activities.
    • Engage prospects through discovery sessions, presentations, meetings, and solution discussions.
    • Understand customer pain points and position the company’s products and services effectively.
    • Drive negotiations, pricing discussions, proposal management, and contract closure activities.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
    • Own and manage sales opportunities through the full sales lifecycle from qualification to closure.
    • Collaborate with Sales Operations to improve lead conversion quality and pipeline efficiency.
    • Work closely with technical and delivery teams to align solutions with client expectations.
    • Develop strategies to improve revenue generation and customer acquisition performance.
    • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and deal tracking within CRM systems.
    • Meet and exceed assigned revenue targets, conversion metrics, and growth KPIs.
    • Identify upselling, cross-selling, and expansion opportunities across client accounts.
    • Support strategic business growth initiatives and commercial expansion opportunities.
