As a retention specialist at Quidax, your primary goal is to ensure our customers keep using and paying for our products and services.
You'll work closely with product development and customer service teams to address any issues and enhance the overall customer experience.
You'll ensure that our customers stay engaged with and continue to use our products and services.
You'll be the key player in maintaining customer loyalty and preventing churn.
What your day-to-day looks like
Reach out to customers who may have shown signs of disengagement or expressed concerns.
Analyze customer feedback collected from various sources, such as surveys, reviews, and social media.
Collaborate with product development, marketing, and customer support teams to address customer pain points and ensure that the product/service aligns with customers' needs and expectations
Engage with customers through emails, calls, or messages to maintain relationships and inform them about new features, updates etc
What you need to have
0-2 years of experience in customer retention
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
You are able to work very well with data and analyse trends
