Job Description:
As a Retention and Growth Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to retain existing customers and drive growth within our client base. Your primary focus will be on understanding customer needs, analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement, and implementing targeted campaigns to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of retention and growth initiatives.
