Job description

• Actively assist customers with product selections; drive revenue production by creating and maintaining effective product displays
• Perform special Liquor orders for customers involving helping the customer find the exact product they desire
• Deliver superior customer service while working with the team to promote sales.
• Greet customers when entering or leaving the store and answer any questions regarding products, content, use and price
• Determine stock needs, code merchandise and arranged shelf and floor displays
• Always ensure the shelves and chillers are stocked up
• Clean the bottles, shelves, and workspace when necessary
• Assist the cashier in bagging items
• Always maintain a cheerful attitude

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in merchandising or retail preferred.
• Knowledge in marketing, retail or related field may be preferred.
• Strong organisational and decision making skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
