Retail Sales Officer at Portrec Resourcing

DUTIES:

• Receive and greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
• Educate clients about their products and services.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Provide excellent customer service and resolving of issues as they arise
• Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including photocopying, taking notes, and others that may be assigned.
• Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
• Keep accurate information about each customer and the status of their concerns.
• Meet the team’s customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Carry out inventory management & account for sales made daily.
• Preparing cost-benefit analyses for prospective and existing customers to determine the most suitable options
• Supervise actions of the retail sales associates within his/her department
• Explain and tell customers about discounts and offers currently going on
• Constantly replenish information on all products/merchandise such as price, features, after-sales service etc.
• Always maintain an inventory and always make sure stocks are full

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of OND in any related discipline
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Good customer service skills.
• Must reside around Ikeja axis.
• Good time management skills
• Multitasking ability and organizational skills
• Competency in Microsoft applications like Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Must have strong numerical computation skills
• Add ability to prepare accurate invoices
• Good dress sense
