We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Sales Executive to join our Retail Sales Team in the power products industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent customer service skills, and experience in selling power-related products such as inverters, batteries, and solar solutions.
They will be responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, and ensuring a seamless retail experience.
Responsibilities
Drive retail sales of inverters, batteries, and other power products to individual and business customers.
Engage with walk-in customers, understand their power needs, and recommend suitable products.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective product demonstrations and upselling.
Handle pricing negotiations, order processing, and after-sales support.
Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitors' pricing and products.
Work closely with the technical team to ensure customers receive accurate product information.
Maintain proper stock levels and ensure proper product displays in the retail space.
Generate sales reports and provide insights on customer behaviour and product demand.
Qualifications
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in retail sales.
Experience in a similar industry will be an added advantage.
Skills Requirements:
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Knowledge of power backup solutions (inverters, batteries, solar products) is an advantage
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations
