This is an on-site, full-time role for a Retail Sales Associate located in Oshodi/Isolo.
The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers, providing excellent customer service, maintaining product knowledge, and supporting sales.
Key tasks include advising customers on purchases, answering inquiries, restocking shelves, managing the checkout process, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of Product Knowledge to guide customers in making informed choices
Experience in Retail Sales and Sales to meet targets and enhance store revenue
Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with customers and address their needs
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Basic math skills and attention to detail for handling transactions
Dedication to providing a positive shopping experience for customers
Prior experience in retail or a related field is a plus
