Job Summary

• The Retail Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of retail outlets, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and excellent customer service. This role involves developing strategies to improve operational efficiency, managing teams across multiple locations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and driving sales performance to meet or exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Oversight:

• Manage the daily operations of retail outlets to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to company standards.
• Monitor store performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.

Staff Management:

• Recruit, train, and supervise retail staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Develop and implement performance management processes, including regular reviews and appraisals.

Sales and Customer Experience:

• Drive sales initiatives and promotions to meet revenue goals.
• Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered across all outlets.
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly.

Inventory and Supply Chain:

• Oversee inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing shrinkage.

Compliance and Reporting:
