    Retail Merchandising and Sales Officer (Fashion)

    *About Us*
    Idozi Collective is a premium retail brand of 360 Creative Hub Limited. Founded to connect African fashion products to the world, Idozi bridges the gap between African designers and discerning global markets who value technique and craftsmanship; the collective is curated for this specific taste via a multi-purpose retail channel.

    The Retail Merchandising and Sales Officer will be a creative thinker who will manage the entire Marketing and Sales strategy of the fashion store, ensuring the products are presented to the right target audience in the best form and across all strategic platforms needed to drive sales.
    *Responsibilities*

    • Plan and develop marketing/sales & advertising strategies across all platforms
    • Create awareness and manage brand perception 
    • Communicate with the target audience and cultivate customer relationships 
    • Produce creative and well thought out content for Social Media, Blog, and Email Newsletters
    • Organize and attend events that attract desirable opportunities for the company. 
    • Maintain client database 
    • Source and secure sponsorship to help elevate the Idozi brand 
    • Conduct market research to increase sales and customer satisfaction
    • Work with the Communications Manager on all communication and marketing materials, marketing campaigns & marketing strategies internally and externally 
    • Analyze sales figures, customers reactions, and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock
    • Maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately 
    • Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves and inventory with the desired look and feel required for the store  Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets 
    • Manage the store's Social Media, Email Marketing, and E-commerce platforms 
    • Manage Product and Model shoots as well as collaborate with internal and external teams on other marketing and promotion activities for client brands
    • Manage deals on special promotions, including customer reactions, management reports, and effect at end of the special promotion period. 
    • Manage the idealization, planning, and production of revenue-generating events 
    • Provide insights to guide client's collection design and apparel production
    • Design merchandise requirements and stocking standards; before, during, and after designer onboarding

    *Requirements*

    • Minimum of a First Degree in Fashion, Marketing or Advertising
    • 2-3 years work experience in Fashion Retail (In-store and Ecommerce)
    • Experience in visual merchandising and marketing campaign management
    • Ability to adapt to changing work schedules according to campaign requirements
    • Ability to analyze and interpret market trends and data
    • Excellent communication and data presentation skills
    • Posses necessary technical skills to manage an Ecommerce Store 
    • Understanding of Creative Suite (InDesign, Adobe, etc.)
    • Ability to manage and develop ongoing relationships with the media and influencers
    • Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize workload and requirements
    • Strong interest in Fashion, Entertainment, and Lifestyle
    • Must be willing to travel; international and local trips
    • Must live close to, or within the Lekki axis of Lagos State, Nigeria
