Position Overview:
We are seeking a Retail Manager to oversee our health insurance operations and manage corporate and SME accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the health industry, experience in onboarding employees for health insurance, and significant knowledge of grants will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
Manage health insurance operations, including enrolling company employees and managing corporate and SME accounts.
Develop and maintain partnerships with relevant organizations in the health space to enhance our services.
Coordinate the onboarding process for new corporate and SME accounts, ensuring smooth enrollment for employees.
Provide guidance and support to clients regarding health insurance options and benefits.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in health insurance and grants.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize health insurance processes and improve customer satisfaction.
Research and pursue grant opportunities to support healthcare initiatives.
Prepare grant proposals, applications, and reports in accordance with funder requirements.
Maintain accurate records of grant activities, outcomes, and impact for reporting purposes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Management, or related field.
Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the health insurance industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of health insurance policies, regulations, and enrollment processes.
Familiarity with grants and funding opportunities for healthcare initiatives.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skill
