Retail Management Trainee at Transsion Holdings

We are currently looking for a suitably qualified candidate to fill the role of Retail Management Trainee with our Transsion Holdings (CDNL) in Lagos.

Candidate’s Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Work in National Key Retailers & Exclusive Shop Department, Data Analyst Group, Retail System Group, Promotion Planning Group for getting systematic knowledge and experience of smartphone retail management;
• Assist follow target vs achievement of retail daily basis and push the team to achieve their given target.
• Assist push retail purchase achievement and do WOS analysis weekly;
• Assist National Key Account and Exclusive Shop manager to manage regional team;
• Assist build yearly planning for KA and do monthly execution;

Experience, Qualifications, Competencies and Attributes

• Male or Female, 20-30 years old
• Bachelor's degree or above from UNILAG/LASU/Covenant/University of Ibadan or overseas (preferred)
• Be passionate to learn and grow;
• Good at time management;
• Has experience in organizing successful activities and has professional certification preferred;
