The Retail Distribution Officer will handle product logistics, supervise truck loading operations, and ensure accurate reconciliation of petroleum products.
The role involves monitoring product movement, maintaining stock records, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise product loading, dispatch, and delivery.
Reconcile product quantities and prepare stock reports.
Track loaded trucks from depot to delivery point.
Work with the Accounts team on waybill and invoice reconciliation.
Liaise with regulatory bodies (DPR, PEF) during loading operations.
Ensure product quality, safety, and proper documentation.
Requirements
OND in Science, Engineering, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in depot or logistics operations.
Good computer skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and follow safety procedures.
