Retail Admin Executive at Mutual Benefit Assurance

About the Role:

• We are seeking a highly organized, analytical and detail-oriented Retail Admin Executive to support our Retail Business operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating commission administration, resolving payment issues, managing retail workforce records, and ensuring efficient administrative support for our nationwide retail sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process General Business commissions, overrides, incentives and production records accurately and within approved timelines. 
• Verify, reconcile, and resolve commission, production and payment-related discrepancies while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. 
• Maintain accurate retail agency records, databases and documentation to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency. 
• Prepare periodic operational, production and management reports, highlighting key performance trends and variances. 
• Analyze retail agency data and provide insights and recommendations to support business planning and decision-making. 
• Liaise with Finance, Human Resources, Retail Operations and other relevant departments to ensure seamless administrative and operational support for the Retail Agency network.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Insurance, Economics, or a related discipline. 
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant retail structure experience, preferably within the financial services or insurance industry. 
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and other data analytics software. 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within established timelines.
