Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Restaurant/Lounge/Club Supervisor. As the Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining operational excellence, ensuring outstanding customer experiences, and supporting the overall success of the restaurant, lounge, and club areas.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Excellence:

   • Oversee daily operations in the restaurant, lounge, and club sections.
   • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
   • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment efficiently.

2. Customer Service:

   • Provide hands-on support to staff, promoting a positive and welcoming environment.
   • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

3. Team Leadership:

   • Supervise and train front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders.
   • Foster a collaborative and motivated team atmosphere.

4. Event Coordination:

   • Assist in planning and executing special events, promotions, and themed nights.
   • Collaborate with the management team to enhance the overall customer experience.

5. Financial Accountability:

   • Assist in monitoring and managing budgetary goals.
   • Contribute to revenue growth through upselling and effective cost management.
