Key Responsibilities

• Ensures customers are attended to in a courteous and friendly manner and swift resolution is given to their issues/complaints
• Ensures all orders from the customer at the restaurant and bar are quickly attended to
• Ensures sale entries are correctly entered and receipts are issued to the customer

Qualifications

• Minimum of OND qualification
• Experience in the hospitality industry could be an added advantage but not compulsory
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Must be able to operate the computer to an extent
