Job Description
- Are you a seasoned Quantity Surveyor who knows that great construction projects are built not just on-site, but also through strong cost control and commercial discipline?
- We’re looking for a Resident Quantity Surveyor with 10 years’ minimum experience to take ownership of:
  - Cost monitoring & control
  - Measurement & valuation
  - Contractor claims & payment applications
  - BOQ & contract review
  - Variation tracking
  - Cost & commercial reporting
  - Final accounts & project close-out.
Qualifications
- NIQS/QSRBN registration and relevant professional certifications will be an advantage.
