Job Description

• To ensure smooth reservation operations a reservation section serves at the valuable point in meeting guest request for accommodation or food and beverages services.
• The reservation office is an interface between all hotel selling outlet and the external customers.
• The reservation office also manage both online and off line marketing of the hotel and must be on top of all booking agencies requested with the hotel.
• Handling guest requests as well as being fully aware of the GTFL check-in and check-out procedure and specific allocated administrative tasks are completed accurately.
• Ensuring GTFL policies and procedures are maintained to the highest standard.
• Must be knowledgeable of all hotel products and services.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND / NCE / HND / B.Sc Degree with 3 - 5 years work experience.
