Job Desription

• Supporting the development of long-term organizational strategy.
• Conducting research and analyses of operational effectiveness, processes, stakeholders, etc.
• Aligning departmental goals, processes and resource allocation with the organizational strategy.
• Assessing market trends and competitors.
• Identifying threats and opportunities.
• Presenting findings, projections and recommended actions.
• Planning, implementing and managing proposed recommendations and projects.
• Monitoring and reporting on projects.
• Gather and research industry data.
• Interpreting data and analyzing results using statistical techniques.
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in a quantitative or technical discipline such as Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics or a similar quantitative field.
• 2 - 5 years working experience.
• Experience working in an agency is an added advantage.
• Experience building and analyzing data models.
• Proven working experience as a Data Analyst, Business Data Analyst & Research & Strategy Manager.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant
• amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Project management skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and have a high level of comfort in making presentations to various stakeholders..
