    Research Executive

    As a Research Executive at Redwire, you will support strategic decision-making by leading and executing research initiatives that generate insights for the business and its clients. You’ll design and conduct both qualitative and quantitative research, analyze findings, and turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. Your work will directly inform campaigns, products, and strategies across sectors.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and implement end-to-end research projects (qualitative and quantitative)
    • Develop surveys, interview guides, and other research tools to gather accurate data
    • Source and analyze data from both primary and secondary sources
    • Translate research findings into reports, presentations, and strategic insights
    • Monitor industry trends, market shifts, and emerging consumer behavior
    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure research aligns with business goals
    • Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
    • Maintain and update internal knowledge databases and research documentation
    • Ensure ethical standards and confidentiality in handling research data
    • Support proposal development and contribute to client pitches
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field
    • 3–5 years of experience in research, insights, or data analysis roles
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and research tools like Google Forms, Typeform, SurveyMonkey, etc.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to interpret and present complex findings in a clear, compelling manner
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
    • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
    • A curious mindset and strong interest in consumer behavior, culture, and strategy
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
    • Socially conscious and interested in contributing to the development of the country.
