Research Associate at mDoc Healthcare

• This role supports mDoc’s research and evidence-generation efforts across digital health and chronic disease care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support research protocols, ethics (IRB submissions), and high-quality data collection
• Contribute to academic publications, conference abstracts, and literature reviews
• Work cross-functionally with clinical, coaching, data, ML, and tech teams
• Translate research findings into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders
• Support project management and research timelines

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Public Health, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Health Informatics, or related field
• 1–3 years of research experience (digital health experience is a plus)
• Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills
• Excellent scientific writing and communication skills
• Curious, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Experience using AI tools for research and productivity is an advantage
