Key Requirements:
- Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or Chemical Engineering
- Experience in product formulation and process optimization
- Strong background in factory-based R&D and pilot testing
- Knowledge of new product development (NPD)
Key Focus:
- Develop new pineapple-based products
- Improve concentrate yield and nutrient retention
- Lead innovation and waste-to-wealth initiatives
