Job Description

We are recruiting Relationship Officers in across the states of Abuja, Nassarawa, Kwara, Sokoto, Taraba and Adamawa:

• Sales of terminals (MPOS and POS)
• Ensure all terminals under your purview are active
• Drive transactions volumes on the terminals.
• Provide first level support (enquiries, complaints, dispute resolution etc.) to the agents / aggregators ensuring their issues get resolved.
• Ensure profiling of terminals.
• Other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience working with a fintech firm with demonstrable evidence of consistently meetingsalestargets.
• Detailed and target oriented
• Good team spirit
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
