Relationship Officer at CapitalSage Technology Limited

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Responsibilities

• Mobilize deposit from customers for both investment and savings
• Generate loans for potential and existing customers
• Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
• Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
• Cross-sell and upsell banks products to existing customers
• Operate as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with account holders.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND qualification in Sales and Marketing
• 3 years relevant experience in a financial institution (previous experience in payment, loan and investment is an added advantage)
• A fluent English speaker with exceptional communication skills-Oral and Written
• Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Track record of exceeding sales targets
• Great at report writing and keeping accurate records
• Computer Savvy.
